Who We Are
Expert Wholesale Supplies is a South-East Queensland-based supplier of air-conditioning and HVAC equipment. We are a trading name of The Experts Oz Pty Ltd (ABN 68 151 658 865), operating from a warehouse in Ormeau, Queensland.
We supply systems and accessories from leading manufacturers — including Mitsubishi Heavy Industries, Mitsubishi Electric, Samsung, Fujitsu, Toshiba, Hitachi, Haier, and Midea — to homeowners, builders, and trade customers across the region.
Our Background
Our team brings over 20 years of experience in the air-conditioning and trades industry. That background shaped what we built: a supplier that combines distributor-level pricing with the kind of personal service typically only seen in small trade businesses.
Expert Wholesale Supplies was established to service homeowners, builders, and trades across the Brisbane, Gold Coast, Sunshine Coast, and Ipswich regions — providing the equipment, advice, and aftersales support that customers usually have to chase from multiple sources.
What We Do
We supply air-conditioning equipment — split systems, ducted systems, controllers, gateways, accessories, and parts — sourced through authorised Australian distributors.
We are a supply-only retailer. Installation must be performed by a licensed refrigeration / air-conditioning installer (ARCtick licensed). This is a regulatory requirement under Australian law and a condition of most manufacturer warranties.
We are an independent retailer and not the manufacturer's authorised dealer or service agent for any specific brand. The equipment we supply is genuine, factory-supplied stock — the same units installers obtain through trade channels. See our Legal Notice for full reseller disclosure.

We deliver throughout South-East Queensland:
- North — to the Sunshine Coast
- South — to Burleigh Heads on the Gold Coast
- West — to Ipswich
- East — to the coastline

Our Commitments
We don't make absolute promises — delivery is never 100% in our control once goods leave the warehouse, and pretending otherwise wouldn't be honest. What we do commit to:
- Aim to dispatch orders promptly — typically the next business day for orders received before cut off 12.00pm
- Use reputable couriers and provide tracking on every dispatched order.
- Respond to email enquiries within one business day during normal business hours.
- Comply with the Privacy Act 1988 and the Australian Privacy Principles. See our Privacy Policy for how we handle personal information.
- Comply with the Australian Consumer Law. Your rights cannot be excluded by anything we publish.
